Construction Updates

The Animal Nutrition Center is located near the Poultry Center on Stenner Creek Road to take advantage of cost-reducing proximity to existing utilities and access.

The contract for site development and building construction was awarded to Rarig Construction, Inc., and work is progressing daily on the Stenner Creek Road site.

The Animal Science Department has seen a tremendous level of support by industry with much equipment either being donated or heavily discounted. This has been a major help in light of steadily increasing costs associated with steel, concrete and labor.

After the installation of equipment from Ibberson Company's Minnesota plant, the Animal Nutrition Center in now complete and in the testing phase.
